Meet the

gyde capital Team

Grant Richardson (CFO)

Grant has over 30 years of experience as a senior executive in financial services businesses. He previously served as the Chief Financial Officer of the Maitland Group and was responsible for various Group functions including Finance, Treasury, Corporate Governance, Procurement, and Facilities Management. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and trained at Deloitte & Touche in Johannesburg. Grant has also worked at investment banks and spent a period as a fund administration manager.

Jack Dwyer
(CEO - AM Division)

Jack has invested globally across asset classes for ~20 years. He Founded Conduit Capital, an equities investment firm, which was acquired by Gyde Equities Limited, the parent company of Infusive, in 2023. He is on the Investment Committee of Infusive and a Board member of the US & UK entities. Jack lived in London for more than a decade where he worked for Soros Fund Management, a $30 billion family office and Pacific Point Partners, a private investment vehicle focused on asset management, technology and media. He has visited over 50 countries. Jack is a Young Global Leader of the Milken Institute and a member of NEXUS. He has an Economics (Social Science) degree from the University of Sydney.

Rob Washington
(Head - Compliance)

Rob brings 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, financing, and investment management from three continents to his work. His background includes both private practice and collaborations with well-regarded institutions such as Nomura, Credit Suisse, and UBS.He holds an LLB from Victoria University of Wellington.
